| NOTE: THE 2012 SNORKEL KIT IS FOR THE 850 ONLY. IF YOU HAVE A 2012 550, SELECT THE 09-11 KIT. This will snorkel the 2009-2010-2011-2012 Polaris Sportsman XP 550 AND XP 850 and EPS models (ELECTRONIC POWER STEERING MODELS). This kit has your style risers. This means you get to pick the height of your risers. Your Snorkel Kit comes with everything you need to have the low profile stage 1 risers all the way up to the full race risers. You don't have to decide what you want now, everything you need is with the Snorkel Kit, so you can test fit differant riser heights as you install the kit and choose what riser height works for your style. This is a twin air system. This system runs two 1 1/2 in snorkels for the air intake, 1 1/2 in CVT inlet, and 1 1/2 in CVT outlet. This kit requires drilling 2 holes in the air box, and 4 holes in the front fenders. Threaded connections at the fenders, and the air box connections, and rubber gaskets are provided for the fender connections. There is no other kit that compares to this well thought out Snorkel System. This twin air system adds air flow, and performance to the already powerful 550 and 850 power plants. This kit comes with detailed instructions, and pictures for an easy install. The risers have threaded connections, and are made for disassembly, if needed. This is the best looking, and best priced kit for the Sportsman XP 550 and XP 850 on the net. This kit is designed in a way that still allows the front rack to operate so you can get to all components under the front rack for maintenance. This kit works with lift kits, and over sized tires. This system runs two 1 1/2 in snorkels for the air intake, 1 1/2 in CVT inlet, and 1 1/2 in CVT outlet. You don't have to relocate any electronics to install this kit. This kit requires drilling 2 holes in the air box, and 4 holes in the front fenders. You will have full use of your front dry box with this kit. The risers come unassembled. This means you can configure them to a design of your liking. See pictures above for just a few examples of how to configure them. Ultimately your only limited by your imagination. The handle bars have over 5" of clearance from the top of the risers when the handle bars are turned over the risers. This twin air system adds air flow, and performance to the already powerful 500 power plant. No need for re jetting, or tuning your ATV with this kit. This kit comes with detailed instructions, and pictures for an easy install. This kit comes 50% assembled. The risers have threaded connections, and are made for disassembly, if needed.
